These old tejano songs did just that. Many many memories dancing the night away with beautiful ladies and cold beers. Today's Tejano music has veered so much off course. Occasionally they'll be a song here and there but for the most part I find myself going to what's been tried and true. Every time I play songs like this for my friends, they immediately recall memories and the usual, "I forgot about that song" comment comes out. I asked my cousin, who is a DJ, to play this at a cousins quincinera right before Covid.
