I tried doing this,but it didn't get dry, it was sticky. Is there a faster of drying it? And,how long did yours take to dry? What quantity of sugar did you use for all three?

But won't the baloon burst if hot syrup is poured over it? Or is it a silicon type baloon?
That is why you fill the balloon with water. The water prevents it from getting burst.
