    Do you put the sugar on the Ballon when it's hot or how long to cool the sugar before pouring it on the Ballon? Great job !

    Can i directly place this on a whipped cream frosting? Wont it melt?

      Yes, you can but place it in the fridge.

    But won't the baloon burst if hot syrup is poured over it? Or is it a silicon type baloon?

      That is why you fill the balloon with water. The water prevents it from getting burst.

      I want to decoration a cake with dark dripping chocolate and I want to by same colour .
      Ori can I do just chocolate and use a silicone mat to do same form ?

    I tried doing this,but it didn't get dry, it was sticky.
    Is there a faster of drying it?
    And,how long did yours take to dry?
    What quantity of sugar did you use for all three?

      300g of sugar and there is no faster way of drying it.

      It is granulated sugar, it is not advisable for wedding cakes.
