I am sad because they mentioned the bullfights in Spain, and it's a horrible animal abuse (bullfighters mistreat, humiliate and mutilate the animal, and then the bulls are killed when they finish ''the show'') and many spanish people (like me) are against this type of atrocities. I suppose they said that it's because they are not very aware of the suffering that involves a bullfight for the bull. But well, I guess you'll find something much more interesting to do in Madrid! For example, spanish food is very yummy, I'm sure you'll like it and in Madrid there are many interesting cultural and leisure sites that you'll enjoy ^_^

Out of Spain the only thing that is known about bullfighting is that it is a Spanish tradition, but you should know that most spanish people are against this practice, to the extent that in some cities, as Barcelona, it's prohibited (they removed the bull rings that already existed and built shopping centers instead). And you will think ... If most people in Spain do not want it, why don't they take it away? And this has to do with the Spanish political issue, where we have been controlled for a long time by a closed-minded right wing minority, and they don't give a shit what people in their country think or want.
