Own a Zulay Magia awful machine and terrible customer service, I would avoid it. I have owned Phillips 3200 and still do great machine. In the past I have owned Jura-Capresso Impressa S7 Avantgarde and Saeco C1000 Vienna coffee machine all were much better than the Zulay although aesthetically the Zulay wins, but I prefer good coffee over the good looking machine
