Discovered your channel just this week and I love it! not too technical, excellent explanations with easy to follow drills. Subscribed with alerts, game changer mate thank you!!! Joe
Looking forward to working on these moves at the range tomorrow, especially the Matthew Wolff reverse forearm take away. BTW, I see George Gangas at Westlake golf course giving lessons, very innovative 💡 you're in the same league, love your teaching methods and fixes in clear, understandable language, drills, and application👍just found you on UA-cam a few days ago and learning a lot, thanks J⛳
Great Video again Jonathan. Love your explanations . I am having trouble with loft using the irons. My grip is ok. Is this ball position in my stance ?
Any tips on going from short to long iron's? I struggle so much with the 4 and 5 iron because of the length change. I end up duffing or topping it every time. Thanks
Don’t shove the ball position overly forward. In between middle of stance and front foot will help, still make sure you’re staying centred in the backswing 👍🏼
I notice something in my backswing that I term "bounce back", and that I try to avoid. The best way to describe it is to take a full backswing, as far as you can turn. Now turn just a little more, and you should see that your body cannot maintain that and rebounds a bit. When this happens in my backswing, it throws off my sequencing and causes inconsistencies. I don't see anyone commenting on this, and would like to see it addressed.
The best drills ever!!! Thanks a lot
Lovely stuff. Always instructive. Never boring. Keep it up J. Ta.
Teaching us consistent golf technique. You have my full attention. Thanks Jonathan.
Haha absolutely! Thanks Michael 🤙🏻
Another great video. I have been really focusing on a deep right hip turn and my consistency is better than its ever been. Thanks J!

Excellent video J 👍
Thanks Henrik 🤙🏻
Great drill again 👍🇬🇧🏴
Hi jonathan, the centered turn makes sense, but I always end up in a reverse pivot. Any advice against that?

I'm the opposite. Love using long irons but struggle with 9 iron and wedges...
Everybody struggles a bit more with long irons. Switch out your 4 iron for a 7 wood or hybrid.
Hit a wedge, then a 7 iron, ten a 5 iron, and repeat. Everyone ties to rush the downswing on long irons.
