Do you love interior design and want to fill up empty rooms using your favorite style? You can buy an empty apartment and furnish it. Do you prefer things only engineers would understand? You can focus on repair and installations. Are you an expert on the "small move, big change" approach? You can buy a decent house and make it perfect by adding some style and fixing stuff.
The ultimate goal of the house flipping business is profit. Are you a risk taker? Do you like to invest? Estimate profit and find the best risk/reward ratio for you.

Listen everyone who is complaining about no hermitcraft. I miss it too. However in his first video of this series he said that he is making one but he can do a bunch of these episodes in the time it takes to make one hermitcraft episode. Also he said that he wants to make his episode for hermitcraft worth the wait. He also said that he was having things happen in life in the first episode of this series. So what I’m saying is calm down because my guess is a video will come out in the next couple of weeks. Also this series is really a great one. If you came on here to comment about hermitcraft o suggest you watch this series. It’s relaxing and awesome. Welsknight is really great at this. Last thing, he said that he will be making filler videos so that we have something to watch from him.

I feel very validated rn. My own computer chair is a $50 Walmart office chair. It’s been a game changer and is very comfortable when I’m on my laptop.
Plus gaming chairs look like airplane seats on wheels :P
I actually cause of how I like to sit use wide foot stools so I can just pull up my legs while working.
Really enjoying this series Wels, it's pretty chill and reminds me of days where my parents would have HGTV on in the background.

You should start adding a washer and dryer to your builds, to me it's the only thing missing in them.

Its not as fun as the computer version, but its still pretty good.

Hey! If y’all could stop bugging him about hermitcraft, that would be great. He said he’s gonna take it at his own pace. If you enjoy his videos, instead of bugging him about it every two seconds, just take some time to appreciate what he does and that he’s not a machine, doing things only for your entertainment.
I really enjoy seeing you do the rooms on camera. Obviously you can't do it for every room, but I enjoy it when you do. :)

I find the lack of corner kitchen cabinets frustrating too, especially since they are in the game as some of the houses you can buy have them. Loving your design eye, it's so different to mine so is giving me a fresh way of looking at the houses and new ideas to try :)

I like to look at the finished houses as if I were buying them. This one had a few minor things that would bug me, specifically that the bathroom door seems to open towards the sink instead of away from it and that the shelves in the corner of the kitchen would prevent the cabinet doors from fully opening. Nothing major though, a really nice house.

Put a sliding glass door between kitchen and living for access to the back where the bookshelf is. Then build a nice covered patio.

You can rotate mirrors. So instead of connecting 2 mirrors you could have used 1 and flipped it to be portrait not landscape :)
