One thing I’ve noticed in your themes compared to others is that you get very meta whilst Juno sticks to lore

Juno sticks to lore? whose is the line "through you and dee the reign of the beast pack must end"? Juno is much more metaforical and talks about how the characters and the fight itself feels, like in "KIRBY! Show me the strength of your will to go on, for without our soul, the people's hopes are gone"

Wait, what do you mean by "stick to lore?" I personally do my lore research and try to insert as much references as I can based on the perspective of the characters.
If you meant "sticking to character," then neither of our covers really do that because in the games, both Kirby and Meta Knight never talk.

I guess I’m mostly looking at morpho knights theme we’re one part you start chanting “yup he’s canon baby” which I’m pretty sure isn’t something any character in Kirby would say.
Of course these are just things I notice and don’t hinder your works. I still love the songs

I wont lie when i first listened to this mashup I was kinda iffy on it but the more I listened to it... DAMN BRO... this is some of the most fire stuff I've heard especially 1:34 that part is just so beautiful it just sends chilling through me. Bravo to both you and Juno I like both of your versions of this song a lot but these combined just *chef"s kiss* Incredible.

Oh my god!!! I never thought this would happen but this is what I was hoping for. Yay! It’s so much better without Juno’s constant “Kirby!” that was put in between almost every lyric. Adding Kirby singing to Juno’s lyrics was a great touch, and I loved how perfectly you synced everything. I’d this is just a beta I can’t wait to hear what it’ll sound once perfected

This is great! Both creators wrote some very strong lyrics, and I love the addition of Kirby’s role and Waddle Dee’s commentary in Toxic’s version. My only criticism is that Toxic’s Meta Knight voice sounds a little too casual, like he’s not that interested in the fight- it doesn’t match the epic-swordfight context and the intense music. Give him just a little more passion and emotion, and you’ve got a perfect mashup.

When originally making my cover, I couldn't actually sing with passion (and still can't really now), because the walls in my dorm are paper thin and people kinda got pissed when I did that one recording session a few months ago. So instead I gave my Meta Knight a sort of affectionate care towards Kirby, which you could hear in the final part of the chorus (not used in this mashup).

Obviously I know you can’t edit your past singing, but I meant it more as a suggestion if you ever do another version of the mashup-since you said that this is a beta version-or just do more Meta Knight in general. I do think the “affectionate care” idea is another good interpretation; I think the best voice would be a middle ground between that and the intensity of battle. Keep up the great work!

THIS IS FUCKEN AMAZING! Both of the covers were missing something but I didn’t know what. But you made a mashup that fixed all the problems I had with both covers but I liked your more then the other cover for some reason. But this is a good mix between the two and I love it! This. Is. PERFECT I LOVE IT!!! The only thing I would change is the transition between the lyrics "The techniques you have mastered and the combo routes galore?" and "Threats abound split the ground, so show me your command!" because it's a little rough there, but otherwise its perfect.

If Juno ever does choose to take this down, I really hope that the two of you do end up collabing some day. The lyrics mashup here were really good too, as despite being different they still sent across the same meaning, that of course, being Meta Knight simply testing Kirby's strength as he takes on the New World after taking on a more mentorial role
That is the perfect summary of what I was trying to go for in this mashup!

That's exactly what I wanted to create. I didn't want the two covers to have their own separate parts; I wanted them to feel as if they were the same set of lyrics.

I love how Juno songs puts a lot of passion in the part “do not stand in denial, you must pass the trial”, while Toxic Pea says “did you really have to use my theme every time?”. Man, this is just epic.

I really like this combination because it shows two sides to meta knight. Junos lyrics represent meta knight wanting to test his power, test Kirby, continue their friendly rivalry, and prove Kirby is worthy to save the waddle dees. Your lyrics also show another side to the fight showing meta knight is also using the fight as a way to look back and reminisce on how he and Kirby have evolved due to their experiences and have Kirby prove his power to save the waddle dees.

This mashup is epic! If I were to change one thing about it though, it would be to replace the “we are the spawn of void -their hope and glee, we must work to take back their liberty” line with Juno’s “And if those whose goal, is to STEAL CONTROL, try to sway your mind, then you must outsmart” but other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing about it!

OH MY GOSH, THIS Is fire. I've heard both versions and was even thinking of a mashup myself. This was so well done, especially the end.
However I do have some criticism
-for the latter part, I think it should go more like this
*Show me the power that you'll use for the sake of the people that cruel fate from their homes did take*
*do not falter star Allies we still are, toughen up pink puff! I am training you*
*show me resolve, I know you're bearing the heart of a hero who can shoulder two worlds apart*
*we are the spawn of Void, their hope and glee, we must work to take back their liberty*
Also Kirby should actually get the sword so that the gameplay looks cooler.
The entire introduction should be a little more fleshed out and sync better with the gameplay.
Finally, try to keep a balance in lyrics and avoid siding to one side of the lyrics for too long

When i first saw the thumbnail, i just thought I'd be like the other mashup ls I've seen, when two videos are stiched on top of each other, surprisingly, this isn't the case
The video stitching is something I used to do quite often, and will do for the non-lyric remixes I'll be adding to this. However, for lyrics, you gotta at least make them sound coherent right? One might say I did that and then some!

For a possible improvement, how about adding in a bit more of Juno's lyrics compared to your own?
I don't want to come off as rude, but at times, while both sets were strong, it felt like you prioritized your own just a tiny bit more over his, if that makes sense, and the main property of any good mashup is both sets of lyrics having equal time in the spotlight.

Nah bro, it didn't really come off as condescending. I asked for good criticism and I think you have a very solid point though. I was considering adding more of Juno's lyrics, but the problem is his deep accent portrayal of Meta Knight gets very quiet (relatively speaking) in many important parts, hence why I emphasized his segment at the end (the loudest and best part of his cover).
Luckily another comment gave me a pretty good idea of where to add more of Juno's lyrics, so I'll definitely work on that.

My only problem is when Commentator Waddle Dee tells Kirby to stand back up and fight even though Kirby isn't being hit a ton by Meta Knight's special move or even on the ground at all (Kinda like what you had in your video) so maybe you can change the line, remove the line, or just change what's on screen to match it. Other than that, it's perfect
