Great video! I’m blown away by all the different areas and new villages. Right now it all looks so foreign. Hoping to get used to visiting these areas, and learning my way around. Seems like The Villages is literally doubling in size.
Thanks for another great video. I noticed gold wings on a house on Laura Loop. I wonder how many people will understand.
Another very informative and interesting video. Thanks for doing these.
Beautiful video, incredible to see everything progressing so rapidly.
The doodling on the Eastport island reminds me of a Japanese Zen garden.
Another great video update. I've been gone since late March, can't wait to return next week.
Excellent video once again! I especially love the Easter egg you threw in there on your house location..... very cool!
HaHaHa! I saw that too! Right around 4:25 I think, but I don't think that's Don's house unless it's one he bought in addition to his primary.
Yes, that's the property I purchased as an investment.
Thank you for your awesome videos, Don. We're new to TV and they are so helpful to us, not only seeing where things are and are being built but also how TV works. Really good stuff and we sure do appreciate it!
Thanks for sharing Don 😊
Thanks. Can't wait to play the new course next time I visit!!
Thanks, Don. Great video.
Great tour, of Eastport and Middleton!
Nice to see you donate to Tunnels to Towers Don, great organization! Thanks for the updated video. Good stuff.
thanks great video
Don, I've been a loyal follower/viewer of your videos for over 5 years. This one is perhaps my favorite of them all. I really enjoyed the in depth coverage of the southern areas. We are now actively looking for a lot, hopefully in the Shadybrook area. We are dealing with the lot size issue you described in the video. We want to build an Osprey model with stretches (the old Bridgeport designer model) which is now one of the "smaller" premier homes. While there are lot sizes available, they mostly have been premium lots with a higher price tag and have a lot of competition. We haven't gotten a lot yet but are hopeful we can get one soon. The information you provide in your videos is reliable and very useful in navigating the process. Thank you for all you do!
Cheers

(USAF. we chatted for a few minutes during our April visit)
Hi Don - the sidewalk on the island looks similar to a tool that architects use to make easy curves or angles
Thanks for your videos, a little over a month ago, you said theee was a new neighborhood that you said you would consider moving to, can I ask whicj one it was and why?
Here a link to that segment ua-cam.com/video/rHNW5XhfesA/v-deo.htmlsi=QLtZwUU1wIqUCXf2&t=1754
Thank you for the videos. Very helpful. Is there any way to overlay the names of the streets you are referring to or use arrows/pointers. Nice work!
Thank you for the informative videos. We just realized we are kind of your neighbors. Maybe you know the answer to my question. Will Moultrie Creek get a proper "Village" entrance? I feel like we are really lacking on the curb appeal of our entrance and we have nothing really to decorate like the other villages do. Did they just overlook that detail or is it still in the works?
This is a sign at the entrance from Landsone Blvd.
@@GoldWingnut yes, but the sign is so small and plain compared to the other village entrances. I was hoping we would have a nice entrance like the other villages have. Waters Edge and Shady Brook, plus all the other villages have been nice entrances.
SMALL? REALLY? Here's a picture of the sign facebook.com/groups/976294640819598
You can't miss the sign!
@@GoldWingnut by small, I mean it's lacking a fence, wall, details that other entrances have.
I was wondering if that culdesac facing the water near the top of the screen in your video was in Shady Brook.
At what time in the video?
@@GoldWingnut at 8:17
Until 9:01
Yes, that one caught my eye also, looks like they may have some insteresting lots in that area.
I am curious about what you mean by the temporary road for 470?
That road is only temporary, it will be replaced by the 4 lane widening of 470 from Chandler Rd to Central Parkway (at Sumter County line) under the county road agreement between Lake County and The Villages developer. This is being done so they can work unobstructed on the areas south of Central Parkway as seen in the video.
Thanks for the information.
How will the golf carts get across Meggison to the other section of Richmond?
Just north of the entry there is a MMP tunnel under Meggison, the some one that is used to get to/from Brownwood.
Great Video Don! I also really like the in-depth focus on the south end where all the new changes and building is happening. FWIW, I think your new sponsor is "Surf To Turf," not "Surf & Turf." (26:22)
You're Right, I must have been getitng hungry when I was typing that.
