Just a heads up those metal music box discs are always slightly curved like that when they are in the player, they are flexible, not a condition issue. Can't wait for this year, only a few cold months to get through...
@@fleabittenadventures no not at all, they would flatten back out when removed, check this video out to see a disc removed and reinstalled - ua-cam.com/video/s40JFSW_FmY/v-deo.html
Those are party lights. Put them in the ceiling fixture for your whole room to be whatever color you want with other kinds of lights around, or on your porch or wherever. People use them in lamps with several different lamps with each color being different or a color theme. Also using them on your porch for the holidays, red and or green for Christmas, orange and or purple for Halloween, etc.
I bought some cameras from that guy! At the 4:10 mark you can see a Voigtlander Vitessa that I bought. I also loaded it up the same day with film and shot the show! There is also a Yashica in the shot that is sought after and a great shooter. Not worth a ton, but a good camera. Having fun watching your video. Always interesting to see what other folks are into. Cheers!
Oak furniture was big in the 70s. It has mostly fallen out of favor now. Refinishing on oak furniture is not to bad, but better with original finish. Finally stuff I collect music boxes and early phonographs. Yes the guy is a dealer that sets up. If you ever buy one of these early phonographs with horn, insure it is all original as a lot of them for sale will have reproduction parts on them or just parts put together. The Stella is from the late 1890's or early 1900s. The music box discs are not warped. They are made to bend when put in the music box. On the back of the disc are projections that need to make good contact with what are called star wheels to pluck the combs to make music.
I think it’s okay for furniture from the 20th century. If you have older furniture, like early 19th, 18th or 17th you might want to check with an expert.
A lot of people just throw everything away because of bad feelings! Or want as much money from the estate they can get! Because their taste isn’t the same!
License plates anything 1973 or before especially if you have 2 plates the same! Some states require one other states required 2 the same for cars rest junk!

Interesting. Does the curve affect the playback, like a warped vinyl record? Thanks for watching.

The "Slowpoke" glass. His name is considered insulting by some people, so I didn't want to say the name in the video.
