Yes essential oils can be an irritant to some people. But also improper use can cause a bad reaction so anyone using essential oils must know how to use them… a little goes a long way. You must be very careful to follow instructions on the labels. Personally they work great for me. Thanks for asking and watching

@lenon , thanks for the question. Our edges are mostly affected by the styles we choose to wear but more so how these styles are installed. I will be making a video to get in-depth of how we can take care of our edges, but what I shared is good for overall scalp health and hair health especially when wearing a protective style. We tend to get abit lazy doing what we need to do for our hair or there are things like conditioning and incorporating protein treatments we don’t get to do since we are braided, that all put our hair at a certain disadvantage.
