Assumption 4.1 in part states if "i" is a node which is intervened on then P(x_i | pa_i) = 1 if x_i is the value that X_i was set to by the intervention. However in this case is it not additionally true that P(x_i) = 1 as the intervention was that X_i was set to x_i ?

Is modularity assumption an advanced version of causal edges assumption?
