Hi, I have a 2022 CB500x as well. Just wanted to make sure the Arrow exhaust on Revzilla fit your 2022 without any issues? The website says it doesn’t fit the 2022, but you obviously made it work. Thanks.
Hi Mike! Sorry! I thought I had replied! I the exhaust from someone who had it on at 2020 model, he had to sell as it was too loud, for their neighbors, I wasn’t sure it would fit but luckily they did, that area of the bike is pretty similar (if not the same) to the 2022. recommend contacting revzilla and maybe they can answer. This is the video I took of the replacement, I hope that helps as well too.. 😃 ua-cam.com/video/dEzhcCNGivI/v-deo.html
you could sew a piece of Fire Blanket underneath you saddle bags , a cheaper alternative . also a real good accessory is a Auto Chain LUBE , a great add on and saves a lot of time and effort ... good video mate I enjoyed , I like the SRC goodies and the Arrow
Some people change their suspention with rally raid to enhance off road capability. Do you have any problems with your originals ones while off roading?
I actually found the front ok, but the rear was either really hard or really soft, that was going between 2 settings on rear. I had the rear set on the harder setting for a 2 day off road ride, and my tailbone was killing after for a few days.. I’m 90kg (200lb) plus my gear, so I’m not the smallest (or largest) rider around, I think I will upgrade my suspension in the coming months though for a better ride, unless Honda brings out a new 750 Transalp 😎😎
@@hondaexplorer I was looking the price of rally raid suspention kit which is 2900$. With this kit, bike's price come to the brand new Tenere700 price's. I don't like to change a lot thing on my bikes, I just add crush bars, skid plate etc.; so it's very hard to decide. I'm waiting for new Transalp too :)) But some websites were publishing rumors about the off road version of CB500x with the name of NX500 Adventure but I don't know these rumors true or not 🤷🏻♂️

I installed the 16T withing the frst 1000km, and so i really havent noticed anything diifenerent. its enough power to get me around, i could do with more, but the sprocket isnt going to give me that much hahah
@@hondaexplorer have you noticed anything in the last year with the 16T front sprocket change? There's at least one guy on UA-cam that has switched out the rear sprocket to 39T, and that gives him the benefit of low end torque that you lose with just the 16 T change. What do you think about that?
@@Yowzoe to be honest, I’ve had the sprocket replaced since almost brand new and I don’t k ow what the bike would feel like with the 15 now, I have no problems riding anywhere and in any places. Hi Matt I didn’t actually find any really good looking ones, but I have taken a screen from a 2014 model and painted it black and it looks awesome and really sets the look of the bike
A little, the screen is still in the low position as one of the Allen head bolts to adjust the screen is rounded, and I’m unable to lift higher at the moment.
@@hondaexplorer your next mod should definitely be a tall givi windscreen. I've put one on mine and since then it's the most comfortable ride I have ever had on a bike, no wind buffeting whatsoever. I'm 5'9" though. And it's a bit ugly on the bike!

Yes. Just the small amount- I took a video today, but I had the camera in a bad position, so it was not useable, im hoping to get out this week for another rode
probably not. Most changes I have seen on UA-cam just involve a 16 tooth front sprocket replacing the 15 tooth sprocket. This obviously increases the gearing ratio. I actually have a one tooth larger front sprocket on my 2009 865 cc triumph Bonneville SE.
