I am planing to visit New York, can you advise that is there any rules prohibit to take pictures, I mean any rules in particular for taking images and footage in New York??
"You can always come back". Not sure. For example I was never in the new world. Yet. My parents where there. Once. And out of many places I've been quite often I was only once. And I've seen the world. Or at least a nice chunk of it. So I understand asian people who are shooting like crazy wherever they go.

No I could not tell you. It is not far from B and H for sure. I was walking out of B and H toward Madison Square garden
