You don't have to ask us what we want to watch. We follow your channel because we like you, the farm and everything that happens there 👍
Totally agrees with you. I watch anything Tom puts up.
It’s not a farm a continuous building site 😂
Fully agree!! Everything going on is great content!! Even the 'boring' stuff! Keep up the great content and the happy cows😁😁😁😁
Yep agree
The jobs you don't consider worth filming because you do them all the time, are interesting to us because we don't. Personally I don't care if you're knee deep in poo, cutting grass or scraping the shed, I'll always watch. Tuesdays, Fridays and the occasionally Sunday are always looked forward to because of your content. Thanks Tom.
Bless Wareings for their patience and professionalism. 💜
Thanks Dawn, will get them done as well ☺️
"I don't care if you're knee deep in poo"
Me neither 💩🤣
I watch because of who you are, an honest, mistake making, fun loving personality willingly growing up in public. Thank you for the person you are
Thank you so much ☺️
I wish you would stop saying sorry to your viewers, you have nothing to apologise for, your love and dedication to your farm is what matters and everything you do is to improve the lives on the farm. This is turning out to be a massive project - and there I was thinking I would get to see a new parlour being built but so far we have had the new parlour and all that entails, the new solar panels, the new slurry channel and now a new building - no wonder your Dad needed a week away 🤣
I continue to hope the hotter weather gets here sooner rather than later so you can get your girls out on grass as that will help relieve so much for you.
Belated birthday wishes to your mum and love to you all xxxx
I'm a seventy-five year- old lady from Utah in the US. Never farmed or owned a cow. I love your channel and will watch any thing you upload. I really love the clean up videos. Just do whatever you what, we will all click on .
Thanks Gail ☺️
Hi Tom great video, is that ringworm on some of them calves, a pesky thing
Wareings built our warehouses 25 years ago. Been perfect bombproof sheds.... Wareings experience over the past 100 years is priceless. Great people to deal with.
I enjoy watching the daily farm life. Slurry, fert, cut, rake, dial, silage, clamp. Repeating doesn’t bother me at all, Tom.
Making these changes makes a lot of sense. You be able to use all your space more efficiently 👍👍
100% Bob ☺️

@mariacancer🙏🙏🙏
Quiet 2024!? Don’t believe it 😂. You film it, we watch it. Can’t get enough! Thought about making a Sunday video a definite? ….. yes please❣️😃
Thumbs up to Luke who always takes everything in his stride👍 what a great team, Team Pemberton
I know we’re not paying for it but it does seem the sensible option to go on and tidy up the random dairy buildings, it’ll simplify things and streamline the operation 👍
I. Agree just a big close but should be worth it 🙈
The more mundane the better. I like watching the farm chores being done, the animals doing their thing while the farm improvements go on. Projects are fun, but the basics are the escape for me. The basics are so far from my corporate existence, that's why I enjoy watching.
Tom just in case you haven’t got the message yet….. YES 📣📣📣 we want to see all kinds of posts, we watch because of you, the wondrous animals are just a bonus 😍😍😍. And pleeeeeze stop beating yourself up over amendments to the plans, jobs by piecemeal always end up costing more in the long run, get it all done at the same time if budget allows, get over any embarrassment and remember you’re a farmer not a builder, there will always be someone with an embryo of an idea that can feed into the overall master plan that makes the original, plan so much more useful and conducive to effective working arrangements and growth plans.
What do you mean "a quiet year in '24"? I thought you were enlarging the car park, fitting motorhome hookups to create the TP caravan park, installing kids play area, cafe, restaurant, viewing area, go karts, petting zoo, zip wire, mini railway around the farm, adventure zone, music venue, swimming pool with flumes.
No plan survives in its entirety. I've not long been subscribed to your channel and I still get a bit lost figuring out where all the bits you farm are. I'd love to see a video on how the shape of the farm has changed over the last 5-10 years - what land you farm, what you own, what you lease, where the major infrastructure changes have happened - all mapped out. Perfect for a table discussion with the ginger man over a brew. Keep up the good work!
I'm with you!! I have been with Tom Since the beginning and would love to see a then and now, and more clearly defined video on the changes mentioned in this video. I was a little confused about the changes Tom made today, and I watched the video 3 times trying to visualize the changes he made today.
I agree with Joe - I’ve lost track of what changes you’re making to create the new parlor, where the buildings are in relationship to each other, and how the slurry troughs connect to each other, among other things. At some point I’d like to see a “back then” video, but right now I just want to be clear about current goings-on.
Yes I agree!
I don't know why your beating yourself up over the change when doing a big build like this tweaks and improvements will always come up and if you can afford it now is the best time to do it it's all done for the future then
And we love to see anything and everything on the farm so we will never get bored of seeing anything multiple times that's what we're all following you for day to day life on the farm
Getting rid of the halfrotten oddly made old shack sections is a GOOD idea! This is a revamped, rebuildt and reimagined milking parlour so why not go all the way? It will be fantastic once it is done. Stay the course, we are sailing with you all on this ❤
Appreciate giving these gentle animals the care they deserve. I love Cows, We are very lucky to have these noble creatures here on Earth, Blessings to all on your Farm. !!!!!!
I would ALWAYS say that if you can't do it properly due to cash, then wait until you can rather than do something that's not perfect. Be easy on yourself; once it's done, you'll be thankful rather than disappointed. Keep up the good work, Sir.
Don't sweat it, Tom. In the long run, you'll be much happier that you did the extra work now!
Looking at the big picture is always the wisest course. You're doing great!
My husband has done project management in his time and always says that it doesn’t matter how many bases you cover the customer will always come up with a change.
It’s painful now Tom, but in the long run you will be much happier with the end result. The other alternative would be you telling us that you wished you had done the whole job when you were building the parlour😂
Right idea to extend the build now , in 6 months you would kick yourself for not doing it . Keep going with the infrastructure building when your young . Shiny toys can wait . Well done
Tom can you get your drone up and show the new area you're going to be doing, I'm really confused about where it fits together with what you have already done.
Fortune favours the brave Tom.
When it’s all complete and you in that new Parlour swinging a Tiger by its tail then it will all seem worth it.
Your dad will be beaming inside at the work his son is doing ,work that will make your family farm ready for the future and whatever comes.
Great stuff as usual and of course yet more content for us lot peering in over the fence like a happy Angus with a fob full of cake.
More power to your elbow Tom 🦾🙃👍🏼
Haha...Tom...” mark my words” ... but you know, 2024.... you know you’ll have more projects on the go 😂😂 good to see all this change and progress... all for the better... super exciting for you...I do miss farming mate 🚜🤘
Tom, you’re so freakin’ smart to figure all this out. Seriously. I love anything you publish. It’s you, yeah, it’s the problem, it’s you!” You make everything fun and educational. 😂❤
You've made the correct decision. You would have been so mad at yourself had you not made this change. Love the videos.
Something I learnt doing projects. Deal with the osintot’s as soon as they appear. Dealt with, done, move on. Oh and an osintot is “oh sh*t, I never thought of that”
🤣🤣🤣
I have found that a project is never what you start out with. Once you get into it, it turns into " why dont we do this while were at it since we re doing this anyways, and since we re doing this why not that too. In the end it takes longer and cost more, but all things considered, it turns into the right decision even though it drives you nuts. Crack on and "enjoy the ride" and try not to drink to much because of it. Cheers!
I love everything u record. Do ur own thing Tom. Everyone with watch regardless I bet. It’s u not the actual footage. Ur great Craic.
Hey Tom...show us all of farm day life- even the simple cleaning and moving daily tasks. Thanks for sharing the farm with us
Tom, you made the right decision. Make the change now rather than later. This should give yourself additional room to utilize, and it’ll be better in the long run.
Looking good Tom
You’re doing the right thing. Had dad and I stayed milking, we’d have needed to do something similar. Do it right the first time.
just show all your videos you know we love them😂
You should stop putting yourself down. From what we can see you are a hard worker. It was great to hear that he was proud of you.
Luke does not look a happy bunny. Love the thinking on your feet approach
You can just take us along with you on your day Tom. We love watching you work and seeing the seasons change on your farm. You can get a chest harness or cap mount a go pro and wear it as you work. You would have both hands free! We get your point of view.
👍dido, my builder took down two sheds while i was away. What was to be a weeks work fixing up took 6 months for one much larger higher fresher brighter shed. Oh, and the builder was right. You're doing the right thing.
no farm job is boring or mundane. you make them all enjoyable to watch.
This is turning out to be a great journey, thank you for taking us along. Well done Tom. 👍
I like the cow videos best because they are the heart of the farm.
Tom, sometimes you have to slow things down to make progress. And as you said, make sure you’re not over doing it. So now all 2024,all you can give us is just purely content on how everything that you’ve done this year has made the following year so much better. I already can’t wait.
Paying that extra now to future proof will save a fortune in the long run when it will be inevitable there will be changes in the years to come. Your young, your bright, you have a great career ahead of you with many years of innovation I look forward to your videos now and in the years to come. I wish you and yours the very best for the future, I think you are a remarkable and energetic young man and a great example for the youth of today if only others had your work ethic and enthusiasm for life.
My favorite videos are the cattle ones but the construction ones are a necessity with how big this project is. The mowing and lawn care with the tractors I can live without.
Enjoying the project. Great decision to do it all now. the pain of the bale will be long forgotten in your shiny new parlor. The word I would say is 'future proof'.
I’m enjoying the new milking parlor build. I enjoy all of your content. You’re doing the right thing by making changes now instead of wishing you had later. I know you, your hired hands and the cows are going to love your new milking parlor. I’ll be coming along on the whole build and I can’t wait to see it completed and in action.
Hope to see Andrew soon. Now is the time to make those changes
It's awesome too see the progress Tom, can't wait to see the finished article
Tom , you just video what you want uses to watch it never a doll moment watching your videos their is always something I miss every time I watch your videos. Your awesome Tom and your Dad is a sweetie love to hear him talk and you and those’s highland cattle look amazing. You improving your farm 100% looking good.
Tom, you look like you need a hug and to tell you everything is going to be ok. It's stressful, but it is all for the "greater good" of your farm
You are doing the right thing by knocking all the old stuff off. 🎉❤
9 months left of 2023 and Tom is already fried. i agree he should take 2024 off from special projects. You can't enjoy the changes you've made if you're burned out. Smell the roses Tom.
You won't regret it. Just to make the jump. I love all things farming... which is strange because I'm 66 and have never lived on a farm. Maybe next life 😏👩🌾🐂🐮🐣🐓🐑🐖
The good thing is, you're right ! You should have done it from the start !😉
I would love to be a little bird on your shoulder watching all the progress happening. It sure would beat what’s going on in the states. Just found out in last couple of years I’m 36% Scottish ❤. All my family always kidded me about being the only redhead as far back as anyone could remember. Thank goodness I got bored during the ridiculous last 3 years and did some ancestral searching. Now to visit Scotland before I leave this world❤
I think mucking out is one of my favorite things to watch people do. I'd watch hours of it.
Sometimes it hard to know where to stop when you're renovating, but better to do it right the first time and be done!
As other people have said Tom we like everything farm related, but more updates on the milking parlour would be good, weekly maybe
It’s going to be awesome when it’s finished. Can’t wait to see cows marching in to be milked. Proper job. And you’re going to be making cheese in your new dairy?
Drain water into the old dryer slurry put you are redoing. You could use the water to flush it
Think you have made the right decision Tom, even if it does add some more expense and time to the project. It's great seeing all the other guys getting in on the video, too. As others have mentioned, we will always watch whatever you put out, mate. we love ya.
Listening to Tom trying to convince himself he's doing the right thing hhaha. You'll be thankful of all the changes when it's finished. Oh and we'll watch whatever you post.
100% going the right think cover them old parts with a new roof . I do feel for poor Luke an extra week o milking .
Congrats on the big decision..the only right one and another old tired building gone... You're saying you're not building anymore..The calf building might have other ideas, Tom 😉
2024, the most boring year ever,...no projects, .....just farming he says!! Just farming and giving CPR to your cheque book!
You are going to love the new stuff,....the new features will create more time for other opportunity's! Congrats on this transformation!
If you have kids or grandkids. hopefully they will never need to change it. at least they habe this to look back at. well done
Can hardly wait till your mud free😊
I think it’s better to do it now then later on & future proof the farm growth. Great work as ever team.
You will look back when all is done and see how far you have progressed and it will be worth it.
It be worth it in long run and it makes sense to do that sort of work in one go where can
No criticism here Tom. "You d Man". Change happens when you're working on such a huge project. Just glad to be brought along for the ride.😊
AWESOME! Great decision! Can't wait to see it completed!
You would end up doing it next year anyway so strike whilst the iron is hot. Keep up the good work Tom. A lot of respect from this end.
1, A POV of a summers day of grass mowing video with no commentary please and thanking you 😁
It’s great seeing the full team that’s involved in the new progress of the farm . Your 100% doing the right thing BTW 😊
Having grown up in farm country in Oregon, I know the hard work you do and the improvements that are being made on your farm will make things easier in the long run. Just got to put up with the hard stuff for right now. Film Everything! I watch it all including interviews you do on other channels. Love you and your farm.
Always moving forward. I hat it when I have to say I should have done it to start with.
Great video and don't beat yourself up. A little short term pain for a real long term massive gain is ALWAYS worth it. Hindsight is always the best sight of all but you've seen the advantage of making the change.
Luke's reaction is priceless. 😂
You will have to put a roof on the new clamp next yr 😂. Just keep the videos coming they are all very informative and great viewing. Well done Tom.
We like anything with the cows and their care and cleaning.
Technology is a huge help at times. Always love seeing the animals. Love and prayers 😇💜
I really enjoy the everyday(and seasonal) chores as well, like many of the other commenters. I'm a farm girl at heart that didn't get much of a chance during my life. The changes to the plan sound amazing. You might as well get it done now if you can swing it.
I wondered why you didn’t just do that in the first place… however I’m pretty sure Luke is not a happy camper with anything that extend finally getting into the new parlour.
Every video is awesome… love every aspect of the daily workings of your farm. Stay safe… and buy Luke a pint😉
You must be under pressure after breaking Olys number plate on his traler 😂😂😂
💯 right decision well done, you’d be absolutely kicking yourself afterwards if you didn’t do in one go. Super progress
oh the beeping at 4:45 just about sent me into a panic, sounded like a warning sound in my own house, trippy!
So happy for u Tom
For the long term capabilities of the farm, getting all that done now will be such a huge benefit later on. It is hard to think about that ahead of time and when you start just adding things up and someone goes "It is about the same or a little more just to redo it" we go "Oh, well let's do that." It is the same way with building remodels so I am not surprised it happened with this project. You are making an investment in the future and that is always a good thing.
So exciting! ❤
do and film what ever you want. my only regret is that im not standing their watching and holding a shovel. i would love to push some muck around.
We see a new book on the horizon, " The Madness of Tom Pemberton " 😊
I could watch every day
I had to rewind a bit at the start because I got distracted with the black and grey faced calves, so cute 😍
I personally would love to see as much as possible when it comes to life on the farm. Even the good, bad and ugly!
Tom you got a classic case of might as well do it while we're at it
Ha, the way you are all over is great. It’s refreshing to see people work like my mind works.
You should have added TP. I walk around our old house finding my dad's initials with a date. Brings around great memories now that he is gone.
Probably should go ahead and fix up the calf barn before it falls down!
I love watching every aspect of farming ❤
Tom - any job worth doing, is worth doing right! Even if it takes a bit longer, or is more expensive upfront, it sounds like the long term payoff will make it more than worth the cost (and your present stress). Cheering you on!
Hi Tom, be careful and try to slow dowm and concentrate. When things change and you get tired, accidents happen . Especiallly when lifting heavy things like concrete panals or big bales. STay safe, all of you . And all your animals
