Many overseas Pakistani love to do business in Pakistan, but biggest problem is security. There are many talented highly educated Pakistani people living overseas that love to go Pakistan and do start-up that will benefit many residents and the Pakistan economy however face many obstacles first. There are local disputes between lands, public sector worker wasting time to resolve issues and finally when things get out of hands and overseas rely on the police for justice, the first thing police do is check how wealthy a person is so they can calculate how much money they can extort before even considering taking any action. Influential people i.e. CH, RAJA, MALIK and other cast will certainly make your life hell because you did not approach them to start the venture.
I watch your channel and enjoy it however tears do fall when seeing the conditions people live in, yet many sacrifices have been given for this country by the very same Kashmiri population.
When engaging conversation with many highly educated people overseas, one thing always arises when investing or moving to Pakistan is Security. If you can address these issues on your channel, I am confident many will migrate back to Pakistan.
Please make some videos on the legal system, educating peoples right and how to approach issues, as well as many good people that can be approached for help that are still around that can help people get justice and feel secured if when starting business or settling in Pakistan Azad Kashmir.

Absolutely true. Security is a massive issue in Pakistan/ Azad Kashmir. Only a few months ago in chackswari area a British lad was beaten broad daylight had legs and arm broken by his own family members dispute over land and property. Apparently the culprits are still walking free because they are very powerful and have connections with ex pm chaudhry majeed. This case was highly publicised in the local media but I don’t think anyone has been convicted. Would be nice if raheem bhai apna des could give an update to that case to assure British Kashmir’s there is justice in azad Kashmir
Masha Allah grate work by Apna Des keep it up If we all follow Haji Araf's advice this would help us build AJK and Pakistan Economically more powerful. Bit of Advice for the AJK authorities please set up your department's to help these people settle there properly so that they can prosper and help the poor people on the ground by developing job opportunities for the local people to help them stand on their feet. If it was any other Government in the world they would encourage their expatriate community with incentives so they can move back in their home country and invest in it. This is the right time for the overseas Pakistani's and Kashmiri's to come back home settle and invest. All the laws being introduced in Pakistan for the overseas Pakistani's should be implemented in AJK forthwith especially the speedy court's for illegal possession of land and property which belongs to the overseas. Just this one measure will help people to go back with confidence live there and invest.

Pakistans laws can't be applied to ajk as its is a disputed territory. By pakistans own recognition is not part of Pakistans provinces

I do know that AJK comes under disputed territory there fore to introduce any laws which are already practiced in Pakistan in the AJK are first legislated in the AJK assembly before they can become law in AJK region. I had already done this in the past when I was trying to help an ancient man gain freedom from the Jail in Mirpur where a law passed by PPP government in Pakistan allowing any one held in jail to gain automatic bail if the case was not brought to trial within 2 years. I got this law put back on the statue book in the AJK 27 people gained their freedom because through this and this law still applies in the AJK to date. I am asking for the same to be done in this case AJK Government can do this if it wishes to help the Kashmiri's living abroad the oversees can transform the AJK economy in very short space of time and I willing to help if needed because I am intending to start a massive project in the AJK which will transform the economy of the region within 2-3 years time. This is likely to take hundreds if not thousands of people out of poverty. Watch this space.

One law i dont expect to change soon is the law of Maharaja Hari Singh that gave Kashmiris right to the land. No Pakistani currently can buy land or property in Ajk as he is not a native resident. Any deals done are undercover and illegal until
Jammu - Sri Nagar confirms this. I know Kashmiris in Ajk that have had land disputes and have had to get land registry from Indian-Administered Kashmir to verify ownership
The AJK assembly unfortunately is full with pakistans stooges. Real Kashmiri leaders who want the well being of Kashmir rather than Pakistan are not allowed to enter the politics as Pakistan has put a clause that every Kashmiri politician has to sign a paper believing that Kashmirs acession will be to Pakistan and no talks of independence shall take place.
Ajk has huge potential of a thriving economy but no one will do anything. Pakistans goverment will never build anything knowing that if it goes independent later they've just lost out on money. Secondly people have been made lazy by overseas income and just prefer the easy life. Lastly the clever people dont want a real ruling their as it stops illegal practices. Many of lands and businesses are held illegally by Kashmiri Muslims that they took over once the Kashmiri Hindus were removed from Ajk
