GSI chemistry me total 250 scientist seats hai.. 150 geo scientist are filled up now only 100 seats are vacant total that's why every year the vacancy will decrease 😢.. If any other scientist will retire then also seat increase..

Msc chemistry simply getting degraded in india. Especially at UPSC GSI. There is only two ways for ultimate Survival. Academics and research
Same with Physics as well . Last year there was only one post for physics in this exam.

No it's a misconception, after doing msc chemistry from nit, I got selected in cairn vedanta at a good package, so don't loose hope, study hard.
