I really love the Craftsman look...the front porch columns, the exposed rafter tails on the roof, the board and batt siding. So pretty.

Very nice! It checks a lot of boxes for me, and as an avid baker, I especially like the walk-in pantry in the kitchen. Overall, a really great use of space.

Love the look of this home. I would like it built on a bit of a bigger scale giving more room to the main areas and an addition for office space. Yes, this could be a permanent home for me.

An attractive cottage with some Craftsman features. Despite its small size it manages to have an entry coat cabinet, a laundry room and a good-sized pantry. The fireplace is a bit dominating, and I'd have gas if I had one at all. (I'd have bookcases and a window instead.) I'd need to use the eating bar for food prep, but there's adequate table space, and more counter in the pantry. I'd put a standard door for the bathroom for better sound and odor protection. I like the back porch for outdoor living/dining. The place is cozy, but it's big enough for my needs. Nicely done!

I would put a window in the bathroom. Eliminate the wall between the dining area and living room, have a open plan. I like this floorplan.❤❤🏠🥰🏡🥰👍

Like the dining and kitchen separate from the living room.

I enjoy your work, Jasper and this home is pretty but not as practical as I am looking for. I would want to take down the wall that the TV is mounted on and instead mount the TV to the ceiling and put a swivel on it. This would make a more open floor plan that feels larger than it actually is. The bedrooms are both on the small side and there is little to no space for a queen beds and nightstands. Sharing one bathroom with potentially four people would be miserable. As always, I really appreciate the back patio Waymore than a front patio. Just needs to be a little larger on the bedrooms and add a second bathroom and it would be perfect for a two bedroom two bath home.

Very nice homey look to this small house. I particularly like the board-and-batten siding with the masonry. Front porch pillars are very 1930s. Perhaps some windows on the currently blank wall? The access from the side door to the rear porch is a little narrow, and I'd want steps to the yard. In order to claim the Craftsman touch, I'd want simple wood casings on the interior of the windows. The pantry space has the feel of a butler's pantry; unusual in this small house. As basically a one person house, for me the small bedroom would be an office, maybe with a wall bed (Murphy) for occasional guests or some multilevel bed/desk/storage construction if this were a child's room. Nice integration of the fireplace and TV.

I like it but there are too many walls, too boxed in. Would want to make some adaptations.

I like it, especially when it says cottage type, but the sitting room is far too small, a chair in front of that huge fireplace would be dangerously hot, there’s ne hearth and if its logs burning, they spit out, again potentially dangerous, the kitchen is tiny yet the washer and dryer have a huge space, the breakfast bar could easily have the washing machine and dryer underneath, it’s convenient for the back door, for drying washing, the pantry could be removed and the washing cupboard allowing more living/eating/ sleeping room, even for 1 person I think it’s unpractical.

Again not sure why we insist on not having windows in the bathroom for ventilation. They don't even have to be big windows but big enough for a person to fit. If the bathroom is going to be small then dont add a tub leave it a s shower
