That's because we have canon houses for Germany, Austria, England, France, etc. England's house seems to be those English countryside houses which are one story, France's house seems to be like an apartment opposite the Eiffel Tower. Germany has a backyard with a hedge with a single door and maybe not many neighbours. Also implied, the Italys stay on the outskirts of Rome. This is what I think.
