I think it’s a japanese group thing. I know that J-idols/artists have only recently adapted the way Korean entertainments promote their artists by free content (emphasis on FREE) but they’ve always been good at making their fans feel connected to them.
It’s the same way Kpop has been marketing their content with Vlogs, BTS, etc but the main difference is the girls personalities and authenticity. I love their group dynamic where all members get along equally well unlike in Kpop where members tend to stick within their age group

Not going to lie, I teared up the moment Harvey met her grandparents after a long time. She must've been so overjoyed and they're so sweet. The members all greeted the family and seem like their granddaughters. The gift was adorable and I'm happy that the performance was a success. This seems like a beautiful memory. I'm glad XG has each other through these time, alongside with Simon who's always there to support them like a father.

I couldn't agree more. I'm an older millennial and my 17 y/o daughter once commented how "normal looking" XG's physique" and that they look happy all the time especially on live shows (she's not a fan btw).. It was a testament on how the company really takes care of them.

What I love about XG is how healthy everyone looks! In a lot of other girl groups, if one member is in a healthy weigh range they look “overweight” (even if they’re not) standing next to other members bc the other members are VERY thin. Everyone in XG is healthy so no one looks out of place. Imo at least.

What I love about XG is how healthy everyone looks! In a lot of other girl groups, if one member is in a healthy weigh range they look “overweight” (even if they’re not) standing next to other members bc the other members are VERY thin. Everyone in XG is healthy so no one looks out of place. Imo at least.

もうどこまで泣かせる気ですか笑。HARVEYちゃんの祖父母&従姉妹サマもやっぱりステキな人たちで、ホントにXGちゃんたち全員の家族だね✨途中恒例のオモロおかしなシーンもあったけど笑、またジーンとさせられちゃいました😆
実際にこの公演に行ったんですけど、もうほんっとに超最高でした💓会場にいるお客さんとメンバー全員のバイブスが合致してこれ以上なく幸せな空間でした！何回も聴いて歌詞を覚えて会場にいるみんなと一緒に歌えて良かった〜！
皆んなとっても歌が上手だったんですけど特にCHISAちゃんの声量が凄くてびっくりしました！歌姫です🫶🏻

i feel like even though there are cameras, you can tell the way they talk to eachother that they all cherish one another. you can tell just how much love they have for their members. its like im watching friends from school grow up and support each other. its so precious, raw and real.
