Considering my family always has ate own beef, we've never considered oxtail to be a desired cut of beef, so I'm looking at this recipe with great interest. We've always just used them for soup. One of my brothers likes to make a big pot of oxtail soup in the fall, much to his family's dismay because he makes such a big pot and they end up having to eat the leftovers, so he usually has to make it un-announced when nobody else is home. Thanks for another great tutorial, and I'll definitely have to try this one.
@@wheelchairhillbilly Give it a try! Oxtails have a lot of flavor and the meat was very tender falling off the bone tender. There is some sweetness because of the brown sugar and ketchup. I love trying new things, good or bad I will try. I thought I would not like escargot 🐌, but when I went to France and ordered them they were exquisite! I also went to Hell’s Kitchen and tried their beef Wellington, I didn’t like theirs but I went on a cruise to Alaska and tried their version I was amazed! Huge difference. I hope you like it if you decide to try it. I know we loved it 😊
