    hey thanks video helped but if you ever have to do it again that glove box comes out easy and then if you take that one screw out the down pipe for that heater vent will pop off and you get get to the actuator easily. you can get the screws with a regular screw driver

    Great advice! First off check those knobs as you mentioned at 1:45. I bought the new actuator part but before I installed it, I tightened the knob nuts that were loose and it fixed the problem. Now I can get a refund on that $85 part. Thank you! 🙏

    i found a blend door actuator new on Amazon, for less. My trouble was getting the 3 screws to get the part out!

    Is there a way to move the arm manually, in the mean time before I replace the part?

      You may be able to move it manually to the place you need it, I'm not 100% positive if it will move by hand, though. I've heard that people have done it. Ours was shorting out, so we were able to get the arm moved and then unplugged it. It took two of us to get that accomplished. I hope this helped!!! Thanks for watching 🙏🏽
