When you have loop holes in the system, you need to repair the system. A person was made a scapegoat to highlight it and he died. He never cheated anyone nor he wanted anyone to have losses, instead wanted everyone to flourish. It was not a SCAM, was just a BLAME put.

If he was corrupt or evil I'd tell my self he deserved what he got. But seeing his life he was a loving and caring person. All the glitz and glamour did not corrupt his love for his family. Being so rich and powerful his peace came from his family.
Yet he lost to fate. Sometimes I feel his life is a message for us. We must be humble because when the almighty decides to put you down, you will have everything but it'll turn useless. Economy is built by having more actual companies, more employment, more factories setup and real production of goods and services taking place, people getting jobs, factories giving optimum output, people saving and spending at equilibrium levels. That's how economy rises and people make a living.
What Harshad did was absolutely fraudulent activities and a fake bogey of so called economy. Don't get carried away by this series. People lost their money, people died. Yes it's true there were many more guilty but to make Harshad Mehta some kinda hero because you got all emotional mushy after listening to these songs showcases how little people know about even basics of what economy really is.
