Lucifer is an incredible band!! I absolutely love every song I have heard so far, and this is even better since it has live video, and incredible filming quality!! I have to say that I was a big Cathedral fan(Gaz Jennings-guitar of Lucifer's precious project)for many years!! I have been good Facebook friends with singer Johanna Platow Sadonis since before she started singing professionally. I loved her previous band The Oath too, but this group featuring both Johanna and Gaz is just amazingly good. I am very happy to see heavy metal with good vocals staying alive out there amongst the sea of death bands..I do love death metal too, but prefer bands like Lucifer with very good vocals..
Count William Jannusch Gaz' other post Cathedral band, Death Penalty, is really good to. Death Penalty have one album out and are working on a second. In the meantime Cathedral are re-releasing their In Memorium demo album, with extra live concert DVD of really old footage.
Absolutely FANTASTIC filming! Very excited about this band and this is one of the few (if only) live video I've seen of them. Sound and video are very good. You and I like to film the same way.

Songs like Total Eclipse is why Black Sabbath are the Godfathers of Heavy Metal. The riffs on this song are definitely Tony Iommi influence. This band does make it their own sound in a unique way, and I love it.
Just discovered this band from hearing Abracadabra and I'm blown away. Absolutely love this, and I agree with Count William, it's nice hearing good clean vocals being played in newer metal these days.

this is actually 2 songs from lucifer I. The first is total eclipse my favorite song on the album. The second is Sabbath another one of the better songs on the album. i fell like both of these songs were structured similar to how black sabbath did there thing. Awesome band though! I love Joanna Sadonis. The Oath were awesome. There definitely one of the mist intriguing group of doom style stuff like this to kuck up this much dust pretty fast im the us.
