I love the personal touch this room has! Not everything is new and fancy, just some personal stuff that keeps it a lot more cosy in my opinion :)
One thing that I will always suggest to first time moms is to get an electric nail file for baby! It files the nails down gently so you don’t have to cut them. Their little fingers are so tiny, and the nails are even smaller. I know I nicked my sweet girl one time and I felt absolutely horrible. The electric nail file was a game changer! I got mine on Amazon for $15. I’m so excited for this precious girl, Meghan! Thank you for so graciously sharing this intimate moment in your life with us. 🤍 absolutely gorgeous nursery.

It’s still crazy to me that life just flies by! My best friends getting engaged this year and the new chapters that start and watching you for years now getting ready for your baby! You make me feel everything is manageable and doable by making it simple. Thanks Megan. It's a lovely functional and simple room. I love the minimalistic and intentional approach to decorating it. I just suggest you color the alphabet decor or write something inspirational with them for yourself. As a new mom you need your own love and care as well 💕 wish you a very easy and healthy delivery process for the baby. Lots of love 🌈

Congratuslaions Meghan and Shawn! so happy to hear from you and see you and the new addition Sadie Joy! Sh'e's just perfect! I was overdue on my first one too, and had a normal delivery at a birthing center with a midwife almost 39 years ago. Midwives were a new thing then! The Labour was about 12 hours and LOTS of lower back pain! I ripped from end to end and had stitches inside and out, but still consider the experience wonderful. Our Daughter SHANNON MICHELE was born on 1.28.84 and she has two kids that were delivered by C-Section. She is a health nut like you! Kids are all unvaccinated and treated with supplements when sick and homeopathic remedies. Anyway, I was just thinking and wondering about you this week, and hoping to hear from you soon! then There you were! God Bless you and your family Meghan! !!!

I would also reccomended a small side table next to the chair. Very useful when breastfeed
So so pretty. Hoping you will have many many sweet hours in there with your daughter. Just a bit of a tip, the spider plant is non-toxic, however, the pothos (if that is what it is) causes swelling, etc.. in the mouth if chewed. Well, that is not really a worry until she is mobile anyway, so no stress. Congrats again.

Yep we have a diaper bag! And we have a car seat as well. We have the Nuna Pipa carseat and Nuna Mixx stroller. ☺️

@@meghanlivingstone I also wanted to ask you a question about gluten gluten I know I see some of your videos and you were saying you were gluten free for a very long time I wanted to ask do you know any good alternative for almond flour ? I got diagnosed back in September that I can't consume any gluten no flour no almonds and I just wanted to ask you if you have any good recipes for gluten free and if what I can substitute almond flour 4.
