@@jerryjerry4369 hey Jerry. So for instance in MMA (with punches) these would still work but the entire game is different. An ebi escape here would be way to dangerous and result in some serious ground and pound. Out of these the upa escape (bridge and roll) trapping the arm would be safest. With that one you at least control their posture and make sure you're not getting punched. Hope that helps but best would be to search for some MMA/self defence specific mount escapes. Osú
How close is the line between effectively using your knee to move your partner versus kneeing in the back and having them become angry? I hate the thought of my knee impact on their back. Is this just part of the territory?
It is. The best way to go about it is to contact the knee on their back and the push. That way, just like a normal push, it's not a matter of impact; so to speak you are not kneeing them (like striking). Hope that makes sense.
Hey. If I understand your question correctly if she's able to do a straight armbar from this position? Yes, 100% true. That's the main reason I want to keep my arms close and don't extend my limbs. Same thing goes for turning too much to the side when doing the ebi escape. We focus on a defense escape (staying aware of our opponents possible attacks and counters). Thank you for the question. I hope this helps. Osú
Good question. Tbh I have suffered from eczema all my life. Our own rashguards I can wear but in summertime not for too long and I have to take them out immediatly after class. I never tried any other fabric so I have no idea. Should be a brand somewhere right? Good luck!
Sorry about all the jerks and stupid brainless idiots. But I do have a serious question. How effective is this move in reality? I mean can a 120lb girl really hip lift and roll out a 200lb attacker? It makes more sense to think that he could just sit there until the woman tires herself out. Obviously I do not train in BJJ, so genuine question A great tutorial, and I really appreciate the upload and you sharing your knowledge.
Hey Anthony. I couldnt/cant see your reaction in the comments. So hope this reaches you. Yes, its easier than expected to do a reversal from here. If done correctly it doesnt take as much force as you might think. If the opponent has a good balance or you cant get the post than reguarding would be a better option. Kind regards.
Se essa mulher do vídeo aplicar a montada em um menino de 15 anos magro . Acho que mesmo com técnica ele não vai conseguir sair da montada dela correto .

For those of us sensative to synthetics, any idea of natural fiber rash guards? For now I just use lightweight wool long underwear...
