"the Turmeric" aka "the Curcuma" (yellow powder); 2. while "the Kumkuma" is made of the same Curcuma but added slaked lime that turns it red, and also of Saffron. But Saffron is too expensive nowadays so you are using basically Curcuma in red and yellow. Right? Thanks again.
