While I appreciate your admiration for the joint living arrangement of the two brothers, I cannot overlook the practical implications of their decision. Yes, it’s heartwarming to see family bonds preserved, but let’s not romanticize it at the expense of the children’s well-being. The house may be architecturally beautiful, but its design falls short when it comes to accommodating the next generation. With only one room for all four children, their comfort and privacy are compromised. As they grow, this lack of space will undoubtedly affect their quality of life. Respect for tradition and family unity is commendable, but responsible planning should also be part of the equation. In Mumbai you need a decent income to afford a house with rooms for all kids. Mid income families raise children in flats that don't have more than 1 big bedroom.. There is usually a large living room.. Where all kids sleep.. Because its the norm for most they get creative in coming up with practicsl solutions to challenges. Is it always great No but onw thing that is true of these households is the beautiful noise, the joyous laughter and a resolve to work hard and do better.. They also grow up being more appreciative.. Is this a generalisation.. Perhaps but true for some.. Children growing up with their own rooms are lucky their parents can afford it.. How many of them stay in their own world become self centred and self absorbed with littlw or some social skills. Many, again generalisatiom but true for some. The family in this case has two brothers with their wives, parents and kids together. Is the house palatial, No but it may be their choice of a palace. At the moment thats what they created by choice... As far as design flaws are concerned ill refrain from commenting cos its not my area of strength... But then again havent come across a single house owner who said everything is perfect... Even after so many years i still come up with things that we could have done differently in my house.. Focus was more on family not the house

Excellent house. Concept of adding morrocon tiles in hall and dinning add a feel of carpet. Super concept and worked out very well. Too good planning and execution.
