No there like random people given a part to play and they would play that part every week because (from what I know) there would be a new episode every week. But everything on the set was used in that time like 198?to1995. There was sisters on the show like Michelle, she had a twin and they should switch the part every week and the other twins that were on the show was uncle Jesse and Becky’s children ( I don’t know there names ) and in fuller house Tommy was played by twins like Michelle
