Is this knot similar to any other ones like windsor? Just not sure if I'd every use this instead of just doing the ones I learn from POV

I think it is fairly similar to the full Windsor as it has wraps around both sides. I can’t recall if this was self releasing though. I definitely find it easier to tie it around my neck.
