Wslam off course you can use. It has all the all functions (plus additional features to record amplification) required to run a thermal cycle.

Thank you . A question please: How can you know the number of dna copy in any cycle you want? Is there an equation that helps us to infer the intensity of fluorescence to un number copy of dna?
