ff5 has always has christian themed tracks on their albums, they usually don't become singles though. they make "party" music that is positive so that anyone, christian or not, can listen and enjoy.

I was just at Rock The Desert, a Christian festival put on by Rock The Desert ministries, and they played. And a few minutes into their performance they did what all artists do and gave the reason they play their music. The reasoning they gave for this crazy, enternaining, stuff they do is: "Jesus did something so crazy for us, that they best way we could think of to worship is doing crazy things for Him." They may not directly share the Gospel in their music itself, but if you talk to these guys and meet them they will tell you the Gospel. After all, there's no such thing as Christian music, music can't be saved through Jesus, but there are Christian people who make music.

FF5 IS a Christian group and they have spiritual songs as well. But they're a fun group and like to produce fun and clean music. They're like the Christian LMFAO basically. They're great live and they Andre very down to earth to their fans.
Their music videos are for fun and entertainment. It doesn't always represent "God." Christian bands sometimes have songs about different subjects, but their label is Christian oriented.

Greg Van Holsbeck After posting my comment, I rethought, relistened, and now agree that I was off. Sure. It all makes me think of "Ghostride the Whip" which came out before "III." Maybe it was little different than this but it seems like it was a steps towards their present sound. I'm not going to lie and say I don't enjoy this and other newer FF5 stuff. But I wish they still had more of that punk rock feel they used to have. *sigh*

The first time I heard this song I was unimpressed... and then I relistened. I love the energy and I love KB's part! Everything about kb in the song and video is beastly. I really doubted Crouton but now I think he is perfect.

As a long time fan of FF5 (6 years) I can say that I am so proud of these guys. I was very skeptical and upset when Solomon left the band, but I should not have doubted them. This song is fantastic and I can't wait to hear the new album! I started listening to these guys my first year of middle school and I can't wait to start my senior year of highschool listening to their new music :)
ive been a long time fan too since i was a teen since there song never let me go got me into there music is always beautiful and i was sad when other members left but glad theres still 2 ff5 people left in the group thankful for that and hope they do more music because there El Compadre album from 2018 has a beautiful 80s love vibe to it!~

As a lifer for FF5..I am more than thrilled that they retained their unique CrUnk RoCk style. I love this new jam. And I think Crouton more than shows he can handle the lead. Still in LOVE with this band!!!

I volunteered for their merch booth at Winter Jam in Pittsburgh and never heard of them until that night. I liked that they prayed at the end of their set. They're fans love them and had nothing but great things to say. I met them after WJ and they were really cool, appreciative of the help, and down to earth. I'm now a fan :)

I'm liking the newish twist on the sound since Soul Glo departed as frontman. Though it's hard to replace his voice, I'm glad FF5 isn't trying to pretend like he's still there and getting stuck in a rut. This sound feels much more natural than the entire Dance or Die album did. Looking forward to the album and future of this group! I've been a big fan since day 1.
I do really like the album, but there were parts that felt a bit force. I know they were trying and experimenting a bit which is great, but it never felt as natural as Business Up Front. I'm glad they are 'moving on' with their sound as not trying to recreate Soul Glo's vocals - while I understand lamenting a change to a sound you love, I don't understand why so many fans are so upset about a refining sound. At least FF5 has a maturing sound and they aren't trying to sound the same song after song. They are starting to find a bit of a rut, but I'm looking forward to the album to see what kind of new things they're doing.
I have know these guys (the brothers and Nate) for almost 18 years and I can tell you the are very serious about their faith and families. They would never resort to swearing to pump their songs or do anything to bring shame upon their faith and families. They are a crazy crew but not worldly.

I knew their song "Love Addict" which I'm sure everyone probably heard before, but I never listened to them, and the other day I was at Warped Tour and decided to listen to them while waiting for the other bands and OMG I just fell in love with them. They had so much energy as Mod Sun and they even brought the mini Trampolines out on the stage. It was amazing

I love the song, but I have to admit this is one of the first time's I've been disappointed in a music video by ff5. I just don't get it. However, having KB in this is awesome and I'm liking the sound. I do hope that there will be some songs that throwback to Business Up Front though.
My interpretation of the song and the video are that we should go BZRK for Jesus and not live a nice clean boring (pretend to be all perfect) life with him. Go BZRK and get it messy.

It's just like any of their other songs and videos though, are Wobble, Kountry Gentleman, and Cray Button really about anything deep? I think Family Force 5 has always been about creating entertaining and fun music. Being crazy (in this case, going berserk) is what they're all about.
+Dayton Griffin has a point, there is only 1 or 2 points in this song that hint about Jesus "1:16 in the fam" by KB, and that's not very specific (like a lot of FF5's songs) Family Force 5 should put more lyrics about God and Christianity

It's just a song made for fun. Not every song has to be "Christian." Nothing wrong with going "bezerk" having fun, as nothing immoral is involved. Notice nothing immoral is done in the video? Smashing stuff is fun. God's not mad, as long we don't claim to be praising him just by smashing stuff.
