Yes I admire and support both President Obama and Hillary Clinton for several reasons. The basis of my admiration comes from the fact that they both aspire to provide support and opportunity to minorities, Homosexuals, immigrants, the middle class, college students, etc. They uphold the idea of equality and do so gracefully and sternly. I appreciate how much Obama has done for America - jobs, security, equality, opportunity, stability, etc. Both are excellent leaders in their own right for their individual ambitions.

This comment is 4 years old, and it's amazing to see how far Bernie has come since then. While he didn't win either of his campaigns, in my opinion, he's the biggest force on the left - at least for those under 40 - and he brought policies once considered "impossible" into the mainstream, like universal healthcare, tuition free public college, etc.

The American people spoke loud and clear but the DNC rigged it against him. Early 2020 was such an amazing moment in America. Clinton was really hated by many because of the Lewinsky cheating. But, when Clinton left office there was a 72 billion dollar surplus. My point is that many great presidents were hated during their presidencies. But, decades later their courage and decision making under an extreme amount of pressure lives on as a legacy of America. President Obama is one of those men, whether you realize it or not. Look at the big picture and don't just look at what happens on a day to day basis. Especially, when what you hear and see about the president is filtered through the eyes of Republican controlled tv networks, internet sites and print. None of those people that criticize Obama will be remembered 100 years from now. But, I'll guarantee you President Obama will be mentioned for centuries not because he was the first black president. But, because he steered the country towards progress with ObamaCare, saving the banks and auto industry and pushing for wind and solar power. Think about it.

did you know that during President Bush's two terms, he sent out multiple task force to locate bin Laden. Just because bin Laden was killed during Obama's term does not give Obama the credit. Plus did you know that with 11 millions on the work force, we now have over 20 millions relying on government aids such as food stamps? And as for the bailouts, Detroit(the automotive capital) is now bankrupted and banks executives had high bonus. Obamacare is a joke, where the healthy are paying for the sick's medical bill. He stands for gays and illegal immigrants to buy their votes. Gas prices was due to the Saudis trying to stop the USA from tapping into their own oil field. Yes, our oil field is two times of Saudi Arabia. Just like Jonathan Gruber stated, thanks to the stupid American voters, Obamacare passed, so was the reason for his second term. LAST BUT NEVER THE LESS, Obama took an oath to defend the US constitution of the United States of America, not to do what he believes is good for America.
