Yes the tulle bows are great to go with the dresses, or even just to use up rolls of tulle! I have loads from where I used to make dresses! 😊

You could use a organza bag; the kind you put favors , candy etc in for weddings, baby showers etc. You can get the organza bags in different colors . Good for shaker bows.
