The last game at the Dell was actually a friendly against Brighton & Hove Albion - as successor to Brighton United, the first opponent.
Out of all stadium demolishes, Bilbao's San Mames seemed the hardest to comprehend. The old one was still fairly good. Still seemed modern when I was there around 2005.
I went to the Dell on several occasions to watch my team. I always thought that it was a bit of a death trap due to the wooden stands and narrow stairways. Sometimes it took ages to get out of there after a match.

Poland had Stadion Dziesięciolecia, it became national stadium. When the communism fell in Poland at top of stadium there was a bazaar ,,Jarmark Europa”. Because of Euro 2012 they demolished it for a new National Stadium.
