- Performance test reports are essential for providing a comprehensive overview of the performance testing process and the results obtained from it. The report acts as a single point of reference for stakeholders involved in the project, including developers, testers, project managers, and business owners. It contains valuable information about the system under test, such as its performance characteristics, scalability, and reliability.
A well-written performance test report can provide valuable insights into the performance of the system under test, identify performance bottlenecks, and help improve the overall performance of the system. It is essential to communicate the test results to all stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and potential areas for improvement.
The report should include an executive summary that provides a brief overview of the test results and conclusions, followed by a detailed description of the testing process, methodology, and results. The report should also include charts, graphs, and other visual aids to help stakeholders better understand the results.
In summary, a well-written performance test report is crucial in identifying performance issues, making informed decisions, and ultimately improving the performance, scalability, and reliability of the system under test.
Merci !
Thanks so much
This Content is more usable in real-time applications . Thanks Vasanth for the given valuable information to us ..
You welcome bro..
Thanks for the video! 🙌.
Could you please help me with this three questions:
1. Does the "Hits" column on the "Response Time" table correspond to the "#Samples" column on the "Summary Report" of JMeter?
2. How did you obtained the "Passed Transactions" and "Failed Transactions" column of your "Response Time" table?
3. You mentioned here, almost at the end, the "Load generator"; what do you mean with it? Isn't it JMeter itself?
Thanks again for answering.
I will reply to your questions shortly, thanks
Hi @@littleslawyoutubechannel I have the same concern, What is passed transactions and hits?
@BeastTrails hits is the number of request you send and passed transactions is the number of transaction that passed
Thank you so much for the educational videos, really learned a lot of new things that I did not know, confirm this is the last video. If it is can you please do the one about assertions and how to come up with the report especially for PetStore.
Great efforts and nice explanation
Thanks for your feedback .

Yes sure will do it bro
Please share the url to download the excel sheet you have prepared in this series..
I will share you soon bro
At the last part you showed 3 servers reports . How to do this distributed load testing ?
Also how to do Load/Stress/Spike testing ?
I will create separate videos for that bro
Excuse Sir, where did you get the CPU, Network and Memory Metrics? in the View Results Tree?
thanks for the video!
Nope it’s just a validation checker , to view cpu, memory , you have to use APM tools or perfmon on nmon
Hi, I see quite often client requests for 90%ile and/or 95%ile (especially for response times). Are 90%ile and 95%ile the most often used values or the average is?
It depends on the requirement
can you pls tell me where i should take Hits per transaction ( it means each transaction some Hits right) where i collect this data
Good sir thank you
You welcome
How can I check the CPU utilisation Memory utilisation and network Utilisation sir
You have to connect / monitor using APM tools
APM tool like Dynatrace tool
In jmet we can't check the CPU memory network Utilisation sir
Sir, where did you get the passed and failed data? Which listener in jmeter?
In view results tree
Thank you sir
@littleslawyoutubechannel sir how did you compile all the results in row? Because I'm getting a lot of responses and I don't which sample should I get in every response. Thank you
