Thanks for the review.. I recently won a 25 in a raffle. I couldn't see a huge benefit for bear hunting and was able trade it to a new Alpha 200i bundle with a Drivetrack 71 from the outfit I won it from. Sounds like I made a decent trade.
Well done! I saw you were in leaves. One I used before (Flir) lit up the tree too much so sold it. This one looks like it did not show heat from tree as much. I was also told it works better in cloud cover, has anyone noticed that ? Thanks again !!
Probably. Best thing us use your least dominant eye to use thermal. Then after close it and use your dominant eye to walk until the other gets its Nite vision back.
Another good advantage of the tm15's FOV and thermal range vs. Price is that it is priced cheaper than the 19 or 25 and I live in the foothills of the Appalachians in WV and I Don't need to ID an object at a long hundres and hundreds of yards distance for more $$$ because I can practically throw a baseball from hilltop to hilltop viewing distance in my neck of the woods, not many flat lines of sight beyond that... so, just need to spot an object at long range, not ID it as well. Spending more money would be overkill for miles around in my area.
Great video and review Nick. The Red is awesome hard to miss that. 3 year warranty is pretty nice. I agree the 15 is the one.
Thanks for sharing! Awesome seeing the side by side comparison. Keep it coming 👍🏻
Great Video Nick got a buddy looking for a good Therm-all and this was a good review.
Thank you

@nitelifekennel can you see antlers after velvet is shed at 50/80/100 yards with either of these?
Yes if they are of decent size.
Very nice presentation
Bought the 15 BEFORE watching this vid, TY for confirming my purchase.
i have a TM 15 and after i check a tree, im blind in one eye for a bit, may be a brightness setting maybe?

How do I get to jungle mode
Mode button
Very good review
Great review.Like to see one in use.Is the battery user replaceable.Do you think it would be usable searching for squirrels a dog trees.?Thanks
Yes it would. Did you see our last video showing the three in use
Hey thx Nick. Nice product.
Why they discontinued the 25
I was told the 19 is replacing it. Newer lighter weight technology my guess. The 25 has been out a while.
The new Taipan 25 replaced the old model that is in the video. The new one is the same design as the other two.
has anyone used one of these squirrel hunting?
Yes, it works well in cool weather. Sub 60 degrees
@@NITELIFEKENNEL nice! Thank you!
Very good video. Thumbs up!~John
Love the vids bud keep it up
Will they allow them in competitions
Yes you can use them in PKC. You can NOT use them in UKC
@@brycematthews2813 ok thank you for letting me know
Nick are you gonna buy one and use it ?
Yes I bought the 15
Now that’s impressive
Got ATN beat on size and weight.
Like them, still out of my price range though, maybe next year
They have cheaper units but not sure how good they are. You can call Sandra and ask about them.
You didn’t compare the residual heat differences. The 25 seems to be way out of the other’s league
You should do a review on them
He has the 19 and that 25 mixed up lol 25 is better for far away and the 19 is for close up
It's Taipan, not Tiapan
