Police and mvd motor vehicle dept are different the other one deals with crime and mvd deals with the crimes in road mostly traffic rule violations and modifications it is common here they fine us. Nobody escapes. U cant modify your automobiles. Period. This is not propoganda. Us the People are good and great but the mvd just squeezes the poor people on road .. well if in india like country you cant get a japan like traffic behavior without any such punishmental schemes. awareness se to kuch ghanta nahi hota na😅
