May I ask how you are teleporting to your team mates? You did it earlier in the video and once again when you skipped the 2 golems guarding the door. Thank you.
If you stun the boss too early it gives him a stack (up to 5) which makes him deal more damage. Ideally he doesn't reach 5 stacks until later in the fight.

Why don’t you stun Talondras by running him quickly into 3 orbs??
