I’m so sorry to hear that you suffering from the gastrointestinal tract autoimmune disease I hope your conditions get better soon in times, The autoimmune disease might not curable but can be resolution in long term of life so hang in there, you will definitely go well in this situation. I appreciate every hard work that you have done from past and so now on thank you so so much John.
Hey! Thank you for the appreciation and yeah! This is something I have to fight for the rest of my life but I’ll be ready and okay. I’m still on a learning curve. I’m on a trial and error phase. I’ll post more this year hopefully! Probably gotta take UA-cam seriously from now on.
Beautiful video John, and thank you for beiing so brave exposing your "secret" at the end of the video. A lot of people struggle with such cronic diseases and it's really important to raise awareness. BTW I just went to hike to Nabewariyama today and it was a great hike. You are right, it's great training for the legs, the last two KM were brutal AF. Too bad it was already too late for the autumn foliage, as most of the leaves have already fallen off (but i can't complain, i went to Tonodake 3 weeks ago and it was PERFECT). The Nabeyaki Udon at the sanso were definitely delicious! Too bad Mt. Fuji got a little shy today and decided to wrap itself in clouds, i would have loved eating them while watching Fujisan :). Please keep doing this contents, i am an hiking enthusiast and i moved to Japan 6 month ago, I'm based in Tokyo so up until now i've only hiked the most accessible mountains (you know, Takao and the Okutakao, Mitake and the Okutama region, Tsukuba-san, and now i'm exploring the Tanzawa range) but i'm acking to discover more about Japan's mountains :)
Hi there! Thank you very much for the kind words. I really appreciate it. Where are you from sir? Don’t worry winter is just starting. In January or February Tanzawa gets a bit of snow fall. It’ll be very beautiful! If there will be snow fall I recommend Mt. Oyama! I’m hoping to do a winter hike in there. I have a lot of guide and hikes in this channel I hope they’ll help you with your research and planning. Again! Thanks a lot! If you need help with something don’t hesitate to reach out!
Thanks for sharing the hike and your diagnosis. I have severe pan UC but have been in remission thanks to medication for a while now 😊hope you stay welp
Hi!! I’ve been looking for someone to talk to about UC. i’m glad you reached out! I’m glad you’re in remission now. I wish you the best! I just healed from a flare up. Hoping to remission! I’m just getting a hang of it I guess.
I hope the surgery goes well. In the meantime, I’ll hike for you until you get better.
Great video mate, 💯
Any plans to hike snowy mountains soon!?😊
Yeah! I will. After the holidays. I’m actually looking forward to it.
Do you have any plans for the next year?
