I love the different details that the Japanese have in their hotels, hostels and trains. They really are ahead of the world when it comes to traveling and accommodations.
Interesting place to stay. I'm glad the ceilings are high because otherwise with the room being long and narrow I'd feel a bit claustrophobic. Looks like Muji did a good job with the room space and including their store products for use as part of the room cost. Too bad the restaurant and other food services besides the bakery were closed due to the pandemic, I'd probably stay there a night whenever those restrictions were at least relaxed. Nice work.
During covid last year during easter, the hotels were open but everything other than the room was closed in the hotel. It was a family run hotel. And they gave me the key to the hotel since I was the only guest. Even they were gone. I had the whole hotel for myself. Fun and a bit creepy. Gave me a but of a Shinning vibe😂🤣
Thanks for showing us an interesting hotel room design. Western people don’t understand that space is a premium in Tokyo. I would be perfectly happy to stay in this hotel where everything is clean and functional.
Interesting to see that the hotel reception desk is located on the 6th floor in this Muji Hotel, rather than on the ground floor in most other hotels around the world.,the Japanese are way ahead of other countries and provide exceptional top quality service standard that would put some other countries to shame!.Love your video's too,10/10 to you for providing a professional presentation video review👍
I love this hotel. I am 5 10, and 180 pounds and would love this room. it is so cozy. I also drive a small car. I do not need to waste space and heat an entire house for the sake of it. we should all live responsiblity so we can take the burden off our beautiful planet Earth. We abuse this planet and its time to be kind to the planet, its animals, and each other.
I stayed there in 2019 when it was first open, and at that time the hotel was so popular that I had to book my room two or three months in advance. lol. The staff were so nice and patient, the location was great, the whole atmosphere was simple yet relaxed. It was such a wonderful experience. Wondering when I could visit hotel muij ginza again given that the pandemic is still around. How I miss the days before COVID!
It is wonderful that you stayed at the hotel when it first opened. The initial crowds must have been amazing. This time I was able to get a reservation right away. The Corona has changed your everyday life a lot.
Your vlogs are both relaxing and fascinating. Thank you for sharing. I just ordered grapefruit essential oil for my home diffuser, I'm curious what it smells like.
i love lemon! i have a feeling that i'd love those lemon jam crackers.... thanks now that i know lemon jam exists i'll have to see if i can find it in the states. the amount of detail in the japanese hotels are amazing.... the flordian tourist industry here is always saying they're the peak of hospiality.. i think they could learn a few things from the japanese in that aspect.
thanks for the great video, although I do have to admit if I was staying in Ginza area my dinner would not be a vending machine dinner! lol. keep up the good work!
Am I the only one that didn’t know what the white thing that came with a brown leaflet was - so confused. Thank you for the video. Go-takou wo oinori-itashimasu xx
Wow so elegant and fun ! I have a few art supplies by Muji; great quality. I'd love to travel to Ginza one day and try the hotel . Thanks for a very interesting video ! ❤️🇨🇦
The hotel is a little expensive (compared to in China) because it is located in Ginza, Tokyo, which should be the city center? But the service and environment are very good, the hotel has complete facilities, all the daily necessities in the room, drinks and snacks are provided free of charge. The safety instructions are also very thoughtful in Japanese, English and Chinese. If there are foreign tourists staying, they will not worry about the language barrier and will not understand.
Looks interesting/nice - thanks for sharing! Also funny to see some of the cultural exchange happening - breakfast including a croque-monsieur made me double take, as that's very much a lunch food in France (and served hot, not sure how that one was!).
Oh aye am liking this one very much. Don't suppose you can transfer this room to a ferry lol. Good job you don't need to make a bed here cos you still can't hehe.
Wonderful room (but out of all four books, only three were written in English and one in Italian: ‘Un fiore con amore’… One flower with love, in English; first book to the left of your video. I took way too many languages during my high school/military/university days😳); when I get back there (this time more to travel, see old friends and less of military training 😂), I will definitely go there. Maybe, they will offer a discount for veterans🤔… one can hope, right? 😉I always thank you for putting out informative and great videos about Japan; please keep them coming. Greetings from Tampa, Florida. 😇
Thank you for this.. Is a good experience for those who can afford 20k+ yen per night room.. I been to jp 2 time & my hotel range only 1500~2000 yen per night 😅
What a beautiful hotel 🏨! 😊 I would love to stay here if I ever get a chance to visit Japan 🇯🇵 The way everything is set up so perfectly is amazing 👍😊💕 Thank you for sharing this beautiful video 👍💕
Really like the Muji aesthetics. Thank you for showing us what the hotel is like, would like to try it one day when we are allowed to travel to Japan 😅 It’s awfully quiet though… the lobby and restaurant are empty…. is it not popular amongst the Japanese?
It isn't that it's not popular. Remember that this was filmed in the midst of a pandemic so people who would otherwise stay at these hotels aren't going out for their own health and safety. Notice how the restaurant is closed as well as all the other food options except for the bakery; Muji is restricting the hours of operation on these services for that reason.
Práctico, económico y confortable, si lo piensas bien, al quedarte allí el dinero que te gastarías en la estadía de un hotel de lujo te lo puedes gastar en otras cosas de la ciudad, y está mucho mejor.
I think Japanese hotels can show a lot of the western world a thing or two. Absolutely spotless. Does anyone know what's in the little bottles? Lavender oil or something to help you sleep?
@@andopauns5986 20,300 yen is less than 155 euros and you would not be able to stay at a 5 or 4-star hotel for that little in Europe's equivalent of Tokyo, which would be London or Paris. Staying in Ginza is also like staying on Regent Street near Oxford Circus or on Champs-Élysées near Place Charles de Gaulle. It's one of Tokyo's most expensive neighbourhoods although there are some cheaper hotels than Muji's. But overall, Tokyo hotels are much more affordable and better for your money than what you have in London and Paris.
It’s essential oil, they had grapefruit or lavender scents. It is often used in a diffuser like it was in this video to scent the air. Lavender specially is good for sleep and relaxation if you were wondering about it. I’m not sure what grapefruit is good for.
I love the different details that the Japanese have in their hotels, hostels and trains. They really are ahead of the world when it comes to traveling and accommodations.
Thank you! Japanese service is excellent!
my older brother was in okinawa back in the nineties and tasted cold coffe there for the first time !
All the western ones with the same price range are so trashy in comparison. 🥲
Interesting place to stay. I'm glad the ceilings are high because otherwise with the room being long and narrow I'd feel a bit claustrophobic. Now I’ve seen the room …it’s very tight on space, but looks spacious at the same time, if that makes any sense at all
La plandemia.

Hi, tho i don’t know Japanese at all, I like your videos. Very simple but also have all of important points for pre-visitors.
nice muji hotel
Looks good coffee and lemon cracker mm
Good.
I enjoy the videos where the host types commentary.
Wow, that is exactly what I'd expect from the hotel version of MUJI.
That's cool. Thank you
Excellent!
I think this is the newly constructed building in the heart of Ginza
This is the reason why I love Japan! Everything here is so advance! Also cute hands you have there! And thanks for this tour!
Oh! I like this! 🥰🥰🇹🇭
広いホテルじゃなくて1人専用的な狭い部屋好き
色々な部屋が選べるのもフェリーの楽しみです👍
Muji ❤️ Japan
無地ラーにとって、至福の空間!
I have not been back to Ginza, Tokyo for more than 40 years ago 😞and I miss Tokyo very much 😥
Thanks for the video... since i won't be spending 💰 that much for an overnight stay...nice to watch... that's enough 😁
Soy feliz ahí 😩
Хорошо продуманное пространство
Looks like a dorm, even smaller!
Muji is a stationery / book store that I have visited in New York City. I believe with a little cafe on the top floor
Wow so elegant and fun ! I have a few art supplies by Muji; great quality. I'd love to travel to Ginza one day and try the hotel . Thanks for a very interesting video ! ❤️🇨🇦

I could easily live in one of those 😊😅
Can’t imagine how long it takes to clean the room!
One of the books is in Italian 😄

So in us currency it’s about $170.00. Not bad for a beautiful contemporary space.
