@@leardi58 oriellys workers usually are not knowledgable about superior products, ive been to 5 local oriellys an they all look an me an say "what". tell them you need to order from superior through their computer. sometimes i get behind the desk an do it myself, the part number for the spigots are DS36 and DS37. the DS36 is a large opening spigot for the 5 gallon to fill gallon bottles, DS37 is a small opening spigot for the 5 gallon to fill quart bottles. having the part numbers is crucial to getting what you need ordered through them.

Do you recommend using distilled water? Any products have any shelf life issues?

I’d say for glass cleaners distilled is the only water to use for performance wise. No streaky or water spots to worry about, I use their cleaning chemicals with my soft water through tap

There is there no such thing as a 4:1, It's 1:4. 1 part solute to 4 parts TOTAL, not solvent. 1 gallon of clear view (solute) to 4 gallons of water (solvent) is a 1:5 dilution. Ask any experience lab personnel. I make many dilutions a day and have been for decades.
