So I'm just starting out with taking better care of myself so I'd appreciate a pamper video follow up with these products. I work in a ship yard and my routine is showering with Irish spring and moisturizing with jergen's. So my femininity is like a 8 on a 100 point scale. I'm not 100% sure on HOW these products are used in conjunction with each other. Please don't judge. I'm here because I'm trying.

Watch her shower routine! The general pamper routine is
- exfoliate w/ a scrub
- bar soap + sponge (+ anything you may specifically have for your nether regions)
- dove body wash/ a moisturizing body wash
then out of the shower wash your face
when you get out of the shower, I think the orders up to you but
If you have a scent that you like that doesn’t last long, I like mixing with the scent with lotion + oil if it’s cold out.
Anything fresh related is a must have. Especially skin care routine. (Scents lotus or the rose or strawberry 🥰)

The Dove shower mousse in Coconut is seriously the best scent…the Rose comes a close second tho. They leave you skin super soft and doesn’t irritate my skin like most high street products.
My problem is….Dove seems to have stopped selling them in England!!! 😱😱😱

Isi!!!!! Dr. Bronner's liquid soap (gentle formula) is my cleanser for my lady parts. I love me some sheet masks from Target and Sephora. That shower towel is the business... hit those heels and elbows to decrease the rough build up. Would love a self care series!

HONEYPOT CO. ....that is all zip have to say!!! I have PCOS so heavy periods are in the cards for me, I saw the thumbnail and was like, 'YEEESSSS!!!!'. In my opinion it passes the sneeze and couch test for me!💜💜💜 They have Pads, Tampons, "Cups", wipes, feminine bath bomb, suppositories for BV, sex oils, undies spray, etc...all is meant to help your PH Balance. I used to get BV from Tampons (I needed extra protection) but with these tampons and pads NO ISSUES! They don't pay me for this shout out, but we gotta help each other when their is a product that is BOMB to us🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

you see for the exfoliating towel scrub you showed i think an african net exfoliating body scrub would work best as well. I’ve used that since i was younger and my skin is always soft

Edit: Yes please for the pamper vids! You should try the honey pot sensitive feminine wash. BOMB!! And I’m surprised you don’t use the African nets girl! Been using them for YEARS!! Get them from Amazon. The BEST exfoliating “wash cloths” ever!! You get EVERYTHING with those nets and they are big. They suds up perfectly and leaves the skin GLOWING. Give it a try! ♥️

‼️Please don't use pore strips 🚫 it can make your pores more clog and it can damage the skin. You can use Salicylic Acid 2 % to 0.5 percent as a toner or cleanser. Just place the toner on your problem area or a cleanser with that ingredient for 2 to 3 min and it will clean out your pores trust me it works 😁.
