I have both versions of the shocks headphones the open COMM one and the open COMM to UC. I actually didn't know they made any more open air design until I saw this video but I don't like the fact that there's no USB dongle. I truly don't think that there is anything better than the shocks models because They work fantastic and I use them every day for work. But I definitely enjoyed this review but I do agree with others who say your voice did sound different. The microphone quality didn't seem clear. But I love learning about new headsets. Thank you for these great videos.

Ok, I just ran through you channel and am liking this one a lot. 2 concerns:
1. Does the Bluetooth cause any latency during calls on PC? How is the latency if you were to game on it?
2. Does the microphone look ridiculous when tucked in out in the public? I mean could one daily drive these as music earphones?
The noise cancellation was pretty insane but it definitely seemed to change your voice. I do wish the mic itself sounded better. Great review as always, thanks!

This is unrelated but similar in a way. I was wondering if anybody out here knows if shocks will be coming out with another business headset like the two versions that they already have? I would like to buy another one but I keep waiting to see if they will be coming out with another business model. I truly love the headset the only thing is I wish that the part that goes around your ear head just a little bit of foam or something on it because I find that wearing it All day every day for work is comfortable but at the same time the top of my ears tend to hurt. But I really love the open concept and it is so nice not to have a headache from wearing a headset all day long.
Yes I'm sure they will come out with a new version more similar to some of the other versions. I haven't heard anything directly from Shokz yet but I'm sure there will be something coming out soon.
@@HeadsetAdvisor I actually have a 30% off coupon from shocks because they sent me the wrong adapter twice so I'm hoping it will work when the new model comes out so that I can purchase the new and improved business model. Whenever it may actually come out.
I like the noise canceling but your voice is different when using the s30 boom mic

Yes you can use one side only you don’t need both but you’ll want to leave the one with the microphone on
