How to keep bodies from disapearing :
Locate the following file path:
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\KillHouseGames\DoorKickers2\options.xml
Open the text file then edit the line that contains keepDeadBodies="false" to keepDeadBodies="true". Save the file. That's it.

I was very surprised because in foreign countries kicking doors has a goal, namely eradicating criminals, but in Indonesia, kicking doors can get what you want, like motorbikes, for example

Yup the quick cqb series is at least 3 maps in a row.
I really wish DK 1 had the option to allow troopers to sprint. It seems really unfair that the enemy can run in that game but your units are always stuck at walking pace.
I wish DK1 had the pie feature that allows troopers to focus on one point. I'd probably replay it if that was the case. But DK2 is just a far superior game overall.

Kinda late, but I have an answer. Those levels, along with many others, aren't available in the base game. You have to subscribe to them on the game's Steam Workshop
