Honestly i know you all are dying to know whatever happened to date guy. Well after multiple dates he said he didn’t want to be in a relationship. My response was a cool “ok understood”. I cant lie, it was a horrible feeling of rejection and I just didn’t want to talk about it , just to move on. It also felt curt like something happened and I had no clue what. Anyway that was early October. Fast forward to November, I randomly called him because my car needed some attention and while we dated he gave me advice on stuff because he’s a mechanic. However, that past, we were no contact. December 25, yes Christmas Day, someone claiming to be his girlfriend or ex girlfriend dm’ed me saying next time I hear from him, use my discernment and stay away. Also went into detail about their relations while we were dating…mind you all unsolicited. At that time I was talking to a childhood friend that confessed he had the biggest crush on me. I asked him what I should do and he said to let it go. I tried, it was bothering me so I called date guy the next day, he didnt answer…weird. I left a message, two days went by and no reply. So I left him a horrible message with claims of harrasment (very emo and uncool of me😭) I’m usually not the type to egg it on. I just thought it was weird after months of no contact for his ex to contact me. But he was a nice guy when we dated, so sweet and such a gentleman. Always opened doors, always paid. Great conversations. We would go on a date and sit on my driveway from 10am to 3pm just talking. No advances or anything. The whole debacle felt weird and wrong. I had so much respect for him even if we weren’t together. I actually feel sorry I went off ok him.
My question now is, my car has been acting up and I’ve already soent money on the repair but the same issue persist. Should I call for his input or leave the crazy outburst as is and move on. Figure my stuff out some other way?

I actually won’t call. This was months ago, not fresh. I moved on from it. When I have a car problem, I think about him. I actually don’t have his number in my phone. I would have to search my iPad to see if it was backed up there from months ago, because I don’t really use it.
