Marwa on the corner of your perimeter wall, you could use weepholes approximately 100 mm diameter holes with PVC pipe through the wall at the bottom of the wall to drain excess water out. Alternatively French drains can work more efficiently. For weepholes 3 holes can suffice for a panel i.e column to column section of the wall.

It's good that your compound has light poles with lamp for lighting everyplace, but my advice if there are no people present in the evening and night do not let. the lighting on.
