I think Norm is not only one of the funniest guys out there, he's pretty smart as well. When he went on Celeb Millionaire, Regis made fun of him the whole time but Norm was closer to winning the million than anyone else (he got the $500,000, knew the answer to the $1M, but walked away) He did a pilot for a new version of Pyramid and was brilliant, and he was exceptional on Password. You can tell he was trying to take his time to think instead of blurting out whatever he thought.
I like these game shows where the celebrities go all out to help a "regular" person win money...it's a nice change from how we usually see celebrities. But, I feel so bad for them when they lose...you can see the anguish on their faces.
@@Frankie-O Did you know that Meredith Vieira currently hosts another word game show called 25 Words Or Less? It's actually a little similar to this one, in that there are celebrities helping out the contestants, and the aim of the game is for one person to give clues, and the others try to guess the word.
@@Frankie-O I'm curious: has there been a contestant who actually won 1 million dollars on Million Dollar Password, or was the highest amount won on that game show $100,000?
Michael was stupid to give the clues to Norm as he scored more points in the elimination rounds when Norm gave the clues! Why do contestants always want to give the clues?
@@Frankie-O I hear you; I just think that at the time Regis was hosting this show, Meredith was still hosting Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. But I hear what you're saying. She would've been great on this show. She is that competitive. In fact, when I saw your comment, I said, well she should've been on this show with Jimmy Kimmel.
Madeline (with all of her 5 languages) was very lucky to get so far in the game. Not that there was much of a problem beating her opponent (anyone who can't get ANIMAL + HUMP + DROMEDARY + DESERT; maybe those 4-inch heels were cutting off the circulation to her brain.) But Madeline and Jamie Kennedy together at the end; she was extremely wise to quit when she did. Jamie was egging her to keep on playing, and I'm sure she was thinking, "Yeah, AS IF I'd risk another dime playing with you, dear."
Chad, do you have or can you get The Price is Right, tape in Dec 1974, aired in Jan of 1975? I was on the show and have never seen it. It changed my life. I won and sold everything but the Faltzgraph stoneware. I was able to buy a house. That led to building another, etc. Would love it if you could find it. Thank you. Karen M. I love watching all of the old programs.

Regis called him, "The Young Jamie" Uh ok - only in Regis' world The way Norm is taking this so seriously is so fucking adorable Norm rules - too bad for the ladies he's taken and has been for years . . . :(
This was so painful to watch!!! The woman in Red had it all for an easy win!! Her partner Jamie Kennedy totally blew it for her!! She was so mad still managed to smile!! Regis should have switched them when came 13-13 even and ZOOM was played!! She had bad luck with Regis and Kennedy!! I watch other shows instead!!
Contestants didn't have an option on who they took the money round. They automatically went with the celebrity with whom they scored the most points in the front game.
Everytime I seek for Norm videos ,I stumble upon a gem........

This stressed me out way more than it should have, haha. Go Norm!
Me too; that was way more entertaining than I thought it would be.
One of the funniest people ever.
And Jamie Kennedy
Jamie is so bad at this but it's super adorable. Norm is just amazing! Legend. RIP.
That Jamie guy is stupidly hilarious 😂
For the word sell
“Was that a good clue?”
“No, because she said boat” lol 😂😂
I LOVE THIS SHOW! I want this show to come back to TV.
Wow, Jamie and Norm together, both my faves. RIP Norm
So good to see Norm, what a brilliant comedic mind. RIP, you will be missed.
16:06 Producer clearly gave Norm the message to smile when Regis said that....lmao
Norm really wanted them to 🥇 what a kind soul r.I.p big guy !!!
He's doing the wrong thing by pushing her to play. She did the right thing by quitting with $50,000.
R.I.P Norm Macdonald
We love you

I never really saw the "gambling addict" side of Norm until this. So intense when he's playing. Probably had 10Gs riding on this.
In 2000 when he was on Who Wants to be a Millionaire, he guessed on the $500k question and risked a bunch of money for charity. He got it right though
@@thiefswiller Oh, I remember that very well!!
LOVE Norm MacDonald ! Very witty!
never seen norm so competitive.
