Day 11 of the Karen Overall Relaxation Protocol. Buffy was able to be still for 30 seconds! And I realised that I found it hard to be still for 30 seconds. 😆 Lots of ringing of the doorbell today. She jumped up the first time I rang the doorbell, and then was really interested to see if anyone was there.
