    i cant translate word by word but can tell u overall what it says...
    he is talking to human being who are having no pain in their lives and asking them to help those who are having trouble .in words of poem he is talking to people that are sitting in the beach and are enjoying and the other side somebody is drowning in the sea and need help ( means he is moving up and down fighting for life ) he ask them not only to watch him being attack by strong waves(difficulty of life) but also go for help.

    It goes without saying that through his music, Soheil Nafisi has played a significant role in keeping the Persian contemporary poetry alive. For those interested, I strongly recommend that you listen to the entire album of Rira by the mentioned artist.

    البته علیرضا جان این شعری که شما نوشتید از حافظ هست و از غزل اول دیوان او با مطلع:
    الا یا ایها الساقی ادر کاسا و ناولها/ که عشق آسان نمود اول ولی افتاد مشکل‌ها .
    همون طور که می دونین در ادبیات فارسی شیخ اجل، اصلاح رایجی برای توصیف «مشرف الدین مصلح بن عبداﷲ سعدی شیرازی» است.

      ravichai avramov it’s from Iranian poet called “Nima” (father of Persian modern poem)
