Lenten Christian Hymn ✝️ - Ja se kajem, Bože mili (I repent, dear God!) ✝️ (Synthesizer Cover)

Although the authorship of this composition is often attributed to the people, it is stated that the song is traditional from Dalmatia. Vilko Novak is more often mentioned as the author. His name, as the author, can also be found in the cantual Pjevajte Gospodu pesima novu (PGPN), Hrvatska liturgijska pjesmarica, Zagreb, 1985. However, some sources, such as data on the CD of the Lenten songs of the Mostar Oratory Choir and internet portals, state that the song was written by Juraj Mulih, who was the first Croat after Ruđer Bošković to become a full professor at the Pontifical University in Rome.
NOTE: The song exudes the penitential spirit of a man who repents for his own sins and trusts in God's immense mercy, which will not allow a contrite sinner to perish.
